Eligible participants:

  • Any New Jersey household with significant energy use, having an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines.
  • Households that receive USF, Lifeline and/or Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD).

Services can include:

  • LED bulb replacement
  • refrigerators replacement
  • hot water heater replacement
  • pipe insulation
  • thermostats
  • air sealing
  • heating/cooling
  • energy education and counseling

All services are provided free of charge.
