What is the New Jersey Comfort Partners Program?
The New Jersey Comfort Partners Program helps income-eligible residents lower their utility bills and improve their home’s safety and comfort, at no cost, with weatherization assistance services.
How Are These Home Upgrades Available at No Cost?
The Comfort Partners Program is funded in part through the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC) on your electric and/or gas bill. If you’re a customer of any of the following NJ utilities and meet the program’s income guidelines, you likely qualify:
- South Jersey Gas
- Atlantic City Electric
- PSE&G
- New Jersey Natural Gas
- Jersey Central Power & Light
- Vineland Municipal Utilities

Not every home will get the same upgrades. Our work is customized to your home’s specific needs. We’ll create a list of recommendations that will maximize the impact of our work, so you see (and feel) the biggest difference when we’re done.
Our Process
We improve hundreds of homes every year, and in many instances, finish upgrades within a week of you reaching out!

2. No Cost Energy Audit
A GreenLife auditor will visit your home to assess its energy use and identify what upgrades will make the biggest difference in your comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.
3. Receive Upgrades
Our crew will return shortly after to make the recommended improvements, from insulation to new appliances, repaired heating and cooling equipment, and more.
