Automatic Eligibility: You may also be eligible if your household receives aid from programs like TANF, Section 8 Housing, SNAP, SSI, or General Assistance (GA).
Other Requirements: You must use the home as your primary residence, be the utility account holder, and live in a building with no more than 14 individually
